Weekend of Fun

I will just say, it is very hot down here. We went apartment perusing yesterday over in Tempe/Chandler, and our bodies went through quite the roller coaster of sizzling hot air to the air-conditioned, freezing indoors of all the apt. offices. We found some nice options, although everything started looking pretty much the same.
Then today we got to give talks on Joseph Smith! We've been preparing for a few weeks, listening to the Truman G. Madsen talks on tape and such. It was quite the task to decide what to focus on, but T talked about how Joseph was a true "Smith" with a specific purpose in accomplishing the work of the restoration. It was wonderful! I combined some different stories and characteristics of Joseph to make my own "profile of the prophet" (like Hugh Nibley's speech that was in the June Ensign).
So it's been a successful weekend, nice and busy, and now I've got that final interview on Tuesday! Wish me luck!

Sarah did an amazing job! She had the whole crowd laughing with her lies about our relationship and how it started. But on to a more important note.

While Sarah and I were apartment shopping, Sarah thought she would play the game that was played at the Pilates class. I was talking to the lady and turned around to get a paper and right then there was a squeek from Sarah's backside. She's now banned from going to Pilaties class because they teach her bad things there, like passing gas in public.

Thanks again for sending us copies of those fantastic talks. I'm so glad you two are having such fun times together.

Sarah, fill in the details. What final interview is Tuesday? What's the position? Is this with Discover? Verizon??
