Sleeping Beauty

Grandma and Grandpa loved our sleepover guest on Friday, June 9. Princess Sissy came to stay and she is a sleeping beauty by night; a princess by day! We had a wonderful time. Grandma's favorite happened at Smith's. The checker asked Sissy how old she was? Sissy's reply as she raised up two fingers "I four." Her humor was delightful. She woke up smiling brightly. She and Grandma spent the night in the basement. We learned to sew up some lacing cards. We learned to play Ship Shape. We read at least 5 Clifford stories. We played band; we played farm; we laughed and giggled lots and lots.
