A Tree Falls at the Porters
Last night it was windy! Last night it was very windy! The fence is still standing--one half of the tree is not! I'm afraid it will have to get warmer before we can chop up the fallen tree into smaller pieces to clean up the yard. Hey, the tree on the side of the house is still weathering the storm.

oh poooo! so sorry... it WAS some crazy wind! and so sorry we haven't been able to see you much while we're here-- I had different plans for visiting, but Row is definitely calling the shots. :( we'll be heading out today, but hope to see ya when we come up in a couple weeks!
Glad your fence is okay. We were down south and missed the wind. But Gary's Christmas decoration took a hit. We just haven't been able to take them down. If you need help, we have acess to a chainsaw and a good lumberjack.
I know you have a son-in-law to help you out, but if you would like to borrow Jeanine's son-in-law he has a chainsaw. Give us a call!
Hey - wait a second - when did all of this happen?
I noticed the fence is missing now. I can't believe someone would want to steal it.
